How do I place a order?

  2. Enter the required personalisation details on the product page.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details you submitted.

 How long does it take to receive my Prints?

Once your order is placed, our standard processing time is 4–6 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
USA & Canada: 2–3 weeks
Australia: 2–3 weeks
Rest of the World: 2–4 weeks

Please note that deliveries to certain countries may take up to 30 business days due to customs or local postal delays.

What if I need to make a change to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at nimahtstudios@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or corrections, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Once the Prints have been produced, we will be unable to make further changes. In such cases, a new print would need to be purchased for an additional fee.

WillI receive a preview of my personalised Print?

Previews and drafts are available upon request. To receive a preview, please indicate "preview required" in the additional notes section of the order form before placing your order. You may also email us at nimahtstudios@gmail.com to
request a preview. We will then send a preview via email for your review and
approval.

Timeline for Previews:

  • If you request a preview, you can expect to receive it via email within 1-2 business days.
  • For orders with additional customisations, the preview will be sent within 3-5 business days.
  • If further edits are needed, a revised preview will be sent within 1-2 business days.

Once you approve the final version, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for the creation of your print before it is dispatched for shipping.

Please note that requesting a preview may extend the processing time, especially if further revisions are required. It is important to respond promptly to our emails to avoid delays, or to arrange expedited shipping if necessary.

 What type of paper do you use?

Our prints are printed on premium luxury cardstock, renowned for its use by
fine artists and creatives worldwide. We offer three types of high-quality
card, each with a unique texture, to give the prints an elegant and premium feel.

What customisation options are available?

Our free standard customisation package includes the following:

  • Font changes for the names and any other text
  • Change of Colour for the personalised Islamic name prints only

For additional design customisations, we charge a £8 design fee, which covers:

  • Changing the Quranic verse
  • Altering the content and layout of the print

There is a limit of 3 rounds of edits for the customization of your Islamic Name Prints. Any further revisions beyond this will incur an additional charge
of £5 per round.

How do I request customised changes?

To request customised changes, please provide the details in the "Additional
Notes" section of the order form. We will review your request to determine
which customisation package applies. If the requested changes incur an additional fee, we will contact you via email to inform you of the costs. For any customisations beyond what is offered on our existing products please send us an email or contact us on through out page. Our email is nimahtstudios@gmail.com

What type of ink do you use?

We use ultra-high-quality, archival-grade aqueous pigment-based inks, specially
formulated for precise color reproduction and long-lasting durability. These inks are designed to ensure vibrant, accurate colours and superior print quality.

How will I receive my Print?

Your print will be carefully packaged in a durable package, reinforced with sturdy grey boards to protect it from any damage, creases, or bends during transit. The print will be placed in a clear cellophane sleeve to safeguard it from dust and scratches.

What should I do if I receive my order damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Kindly provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. You can reach us at nimahtstudios@gmail.com

I need to cancel my order, will I receive a refund?

Personalised or customised orders are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

There is a free cancellation period of one hour after placing your order. After this
one-hour window, a cancellation fee of £10 will be deducted from the total
refund to cover the cost of processing the order.

If your order arrives defective or is lost during transit, please contact us at
nimahtstudios@gmail.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss,
delays, or damage incurred while the order is in transit.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted in cases where the customer has made an error, such as misspelled words, incorrect dates, or other mistakes on the order.

Can I get the Islamic Name Print translated into any other language?

Yes, we can accommodate translations. Please provide all translations clearly and
accurately to us after the order has been placed on nimahtstudios@gmail.com. Be sure to review the content of your chosen
print and include the translation for each section so that we can incorporate it into your print.

The pearlescent card texture and finish looks different from the pictures (matte)?

We have provided the colour palette with each product and this can be seen before checking out. The finishes and textures are clearly shown via images and descriptions. The images are for display purposes and only show the matte versions of how the prints will look like. For this reason we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges in this circumstance.
