REFUND POLICY

Personalised or customised orders are non-refundable; therefore we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

There is a free cancellation period after one hour of placing the order. After the one-hour free cancellation period, a cancellation fee of £10 will be retained from the total refund for the compensation of order process.

If your order is received with a defect or lost, then please contact us at Nimahtstudios@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or any damages caused to your order while it is in transit. 

No refunds, returns, exchanges or replacements will be accepted if the customer makes an error or mistake on their order e.g. misspelled words, wrong dates and spelling errors.
